Yes Yes!!! But not too good

Haha…My Wrist recovered liao!!! Means that I finally allowed access to weights. I hit for the gym@ hougang at 1130HRS this morning. The weights I once felt so comfortable with had turned aliened. Suddenly, I don’t recognise myself. I used to carry 12.5KG dumbbell for biceps curl and I could complete at least 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each arm. Today, the 12.5KG felt like 125KG to me! I anticipated that actually, I’m prepared to retrain my fitness level lost during the injury period. Really disappointing. I felt weak and small. Depressing actually. Like hardwork down the drain. I don’t know how long it will take me to recover to my pre-injury fitness level. I will just be patient. Not to expect too much, too soon. That’s the only thing I could do now. Train as often as I can (if my hectic time table permits). People often say that how you manage your time is really up to u. But i don’t see it that way. Sometimes it is not up to u to decide how much time is allocated. For e.g. can u decide that u attend school for just an hour or two where actually school duration is 8? Maybe yes, u are taking the risk of lousy grades. That’s not the right thing to do.
